「如果日本可以有，那台灣應該也可以吧！」這樣的想法促使了森林跑站的誕生。
以「打造台灣皇居，成為跑者們的第二個家！」為目標，森林跑站座落於有都市之肺美名的大安森林公園旁，鄰近充滿藝文氣息的青田街區，也相當靠近台灣大學、師範大學田徑場等跑步熱門地點。
佔地110坪的寬敞空間，致力於提供完善的跑者服務：設有寄物櫃、淋浴間、足部水療按摩池、多功能教室等硬體設備，並提供健康輕食咖啡、跑步訓練與體適能課程、運動手錶租借、運動補給商品販售等，週末不定期舉辦講座活動，期盼能提供一個貼心舒適的環境，讓跑者有如同家的感覺，也希望更多人能享受運動獲得健康。

Running enthusiasts who will find their second home at RUNBASE! RUNBASE is Ideally located in just 1 minutes away from the Daan Forest Park which is often referred to as the “lungs of Taipei City”, and it is also one of the city’s most iconic running route. RUNBASE boasts of a bright cozy space to chill in between or after runs. It features shower cubicles, lockers, foot Spa and café, so runners can freshen up after their run before heading to work or wherever their day may take them.
